13. The run time is short even after fully recharging the battery. Do I have problem on battery?

New battery may come in discharged condition, so please recharge the battery fully before using the QQ2 Plus. When you install the battery into CleanMate unit, make sure the battery seat securely in the battery compartment and makes good contact inside. The initial charging time might be short, but after a complete cleaning cycle, the normal battery charging will become about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. If the battery charging time is short after many recharging cycles and running time is still short (less than 30 minutes), then battery may be over drain. Please recharge the battery for 3 days continuously without unplug AC charger. If short CleanMate running time problem persists, the problem may be cause by a defective battery, a defective AC charger or the malfunction of CleanMate unit itself. CleanMate uses 14.4V NiMH battery on QQ2. The normal output voltage of CleanMate AC charger adapter is in 20~22V range. You can measure voltage of battery, it should not be less than 10V. Fully charged battery voltage should be between 14.4 to 16.5V.
Do not leave the battery in drained condition for a long period of time. Charge the battery as soon as you can after the cleaning is done. Leaving battery in drained condition for too long will damage the battery.

14. How can I prevent QQ2 Plus from getting stuck?

When QQ2 Plus gets into a tight spot, it will usually find its way out after some times. We recommend that you watch QQ2 Plus the first couple of times you use it, so you can see if there are cleaning areas where it gets stuck, and move things and set up barrier as needed. Because QQ2 Plus lightly bumps walls and other objects as it cleans, remove any light items that may be pushed or knocked over. Of course, you will get better results if you clear the floor of any loose items before cleaning, just as you would if you were using a traditional upright vacuum.

19. The CleanMate is going backwards?

Check the bumper and cliff sensor
Check the bumper- Make sure the foam pads have been taken off before use. Check bumper moves freely. If the unit continues to move backwards, remove the bumper from the unit and check whether it can move forward. If the unit moves forward, there is a problem with the main PCB.
Check the Senor- Check the sensors to see whether they are dirty. Any particles blocking the sensor will prevent it from working properly. Use a clean cloth and apply alcohol and wipe any dirt off of the sensor. If both the bumper and cliff sensor are working properly, the problem is with the main PCB. Please inquire with the support team at Metapo for further assistance.

Please clean cliff detection sensors with clean cloth. Make sure bumper can move freely.
